Cleaned up file organization, moved JS to individual pages, moved CSS to controller, managed code in order to begin some sort of consistency.

reorganization of the images file strucutre for cleanliness. Also have begun UI on the header functionality for non-authenticated users.

Testing new plugins: contact importer for bringing in contacts from other social networks, friend request to make this process more natural, and riverfaces which puts the profile pic next to the river items.
