[gh-463] Migration issue, math won't migrate

When trying to migrate the Math Dept website no content is successful in migrating. I copied the Migration Summary page and stored it on the test UNLcms site.

Notes:

• While content does migrate, the other files (image, pdf, etc) do copy over
• It seems to be hung up on the root folder, as was successful in migrating partial content when selecting subdirectories examples: www.math.unl.edu/graduate www.math.unl.edu/people www.math.unl.edu/undergraduate
• It is NOT expected that all content will migrate, but if a small change on www.math.unl.edu might accomodate UNLcms migration to copy content on Math site root
