[gh-1] Validation fixes, formatting and Directory search styles

• Cleaned up HTML formatting
• Fixed validation errors
• Updated markup to be consistent with current students page
• Restyled the directory search to match the page (instead of the directory)
• Moved directory search to the right on desktop for balance
