Fix issue where a long line of icons doesn't properly wrap down to the next line - sometimes icons 'hang' on the icon to the left

Commenting out the code that hard-codes mime type class names to links, css (both live and tinymce) should take care of most of these or user should have to specifically use them ('external' for example)

Attach #maincontent to the body rather than the html tag; Add css3 border-radius in addition to -moz and -webkit

Column "helper" borders should  no longer change the width or height of the column inside the editor.

fix naming between zenbox and zentable, add tinymce specific UI helper (dash line of columns), add css to help tinymce correctly render zenboxes.
