Updated result class with full required information.  Removed unnecessary current_markers / current_jobs.

Resolve "Create new run data class"

Created new Run class.  Added tester methods to validate samples loaded by run.

Adjusted database test super class to only instantiate db connection once per test suite.  Removed insertion tests and added tests to ensure that sample fetching will work.

Increased jamm memory and wall time requests.  Updated jamm_wrapper to use final jamm output instead of individual chr files.
