Moved all generators into new folder.  Created idr generator.  Heavily updated module_generator to support having multiple final_result files.

Updated output files to maintain all jobs up to the point of their creation.  Updated all generator modules accordingly.

Updated marker tracking between steps to maintain all markers. Added remove_duplicates generator & adjusted workflow accordingly.

Updated download_generator to use run_index instead of run for parsing.  Added additional prefix meta_data to results from download.

Updated run_data & module generators to keep track of successive output files.  Files are tracked by run, module, and the unique file_name listed in the module yaml itself.

Added module_generator class to prepare data for module creation.  Created download_generator class for the first workflow step.  Adjusted workflow.py to use the newly created module_generator class & run_data class.
