Running Applications page needs links

Nothing is clicable on https://hcc.unl.edu/docs/quickstarts/running_applications/. Even the shareable link takes me to the same page, instead of the appropraite on, e.g. https://hcc.unl.edu/docs/quickstarts/running_applications/#available-software.

We have another page, https://hcc.unl.edu/docs/guides/running_applications/, so should both be the same?
