INC-87975 - Copy existing entities for URL changes

I chatted with Ryan about this a little bit. We had a request to change the URL on a new application that we are implementing. Please copy the entities for istart-test.nebraska.edu and istart.nebraska.edu and create new entities for iglobal-test.nebraska.ed and iglobal.nebraska.edu. Once we get the SPs updated and working with the new entities we'll remove the old ones.
