PURPOSE PURPOSE

Proxies UNL Alerts issued from external vendor applications so they can be distributed in CAP format.
SETUP SETUP

1. Create an application using the same twitter account that you want to sync with (https://dev.twitter.com/apps). 1. Copy configsample.inc.php to config.inc.php
Fill out all required fields (Callback URL does not need to be defined).
2. On your application page create your access token under "Your access token"
3. Copy configsample.inc.php to config.inc.php
4. Uncomment and answer all required variables.
