Mel, thanks for your help with this. Typically, in your existing IdP connection to Reviewsnap, you'll just change the domain from "app.reviewsnap.com" to "perform.trakstar.com", not set up an entirely new connection. I'm happy to answer any questions or discuss the details if you'd like to meet.
