Modifications to nefed.xml.

bschroeder requested to merge 302-Issue-with-some-ContactPerson-elements into master

Changed fields in nefed.xml to change company names to given names and removed sur name fields to add to given name to ensure metadata parser can handle the data without throwing errors.
