Disable the use of the unl_blocks module in the UNL profile in lieu of just creating standard custom blocks.  Also, the shortcut links to the custom blocks will work.

Remove the PEAR package as it isn't needed. Replace the lib directory with a pyrus (PEAR2) controlled registry of the required packages. UNL_DWT, UNL_Templates, and UNL_Cache_Lite. Update include path where necessary to point to this lib directory.

Disable the toggles for several template "features" that we either don't support or don't allow to be disabled.  I left a few that I wasn't sure about.
