Modified site creation tool to use new method: add records to .htaccess.
THE CHANGES TO .htaccess.sample MUST BE COPIED TO YOUR .HTACCESS FILE!

changed unl_wdn to use raw template rather than Templates PEAR package - enables the inclusion of all Drupal's vars in every location they tuck them - and will make it easier to work with the new html/page tpl format; update gforge location; delete .htaccess and create .htaccess.sample
