Add cache busting

Search was broken for those that had older versions of the assets cached.

1. Styling of the search input group needs adjustment (button is not aligned correctly)

Allow the role attribute

Was missing the Google Provided boilerplate code (ga.js).
Analytics module should call track page.

Remove most WDN markup and just use custom JS build.

Add a class when no local search is done.
Remove classes/divs not needed in embed.

It should now be mathematically centered

The local script can now be loaded with requirejs without relying on any
globals!

The google module will only be loaded after google's sheet has been
loaded.

Fixed bad padding alignment.
