Improve a11y search

Google search tool appears to be communicating with the search page via
multiple domains. Prevent that communication from triggering searches
with Google data.

Messages posted from the same domain or browser exentions will be
ignored.

When a local search occurs (not triggered by explict tab click),
automatically switch to the "All of UNL" tab if no result are detected.

The v1 API method "execute" needs an object as the third param to avoid
a TypeError.

Improve UI for empty filtered Directory results

This allows other objects (namely the Directory controller) to trigger
an interface change.

The Directory controller triggers a UI change when their are no results
for the current filtered view state.

Local site search and Directory CSS updates

If the local site content scrape fails the default UNL content should be shown.

Adds some space under the `.fn` of directory results.

If the titlegraphic region is missing, it is more likely that the entire
scanned page is missing proper regions.

WDN 4.0 Theme

Provides new visual styles for the search box and results from directory and Google custom search.

Also lays the ground work to support embedding the results into an iframe. This will allow templated pages to show search results without having to leave the page they are searching from.

Brings border back to embed version and tightens the content padding.

API error.

This allows the CSS to be built using the lessc compiler from `npm`. It
also download the necessary WDN template mixin files and the LessHAT 2.

The JS is compressed using uglifyjs from `npm`.
