If an alias has an installed id of 6, which means it is going to replace the current
default path, disable the checkbox as a safeguard to prevent any weird stuff when cron runs.

Prevent alias paths from being parent or sub directories of the current path.

For example, if you have a site x/y and you create an alias to it: 'x',
then that new alias  works but now the default path x/y returns a 404

Create a new alias with (new) status code 6. Then when cron runs switch the new alias and the default site path.

Also includes a bunch of cleanup (using vars properly in t(), removing unnecessary fieldsets, etc)

Now that Site Name and Last Access are no longer in the unl_sites db table the sort for them was broken.
Use a custom sort function for all the columns.

[gh-390] Update Eric's code to not rely on new database fields

Special characters like & are ending up double encoded as & since UNL templates pear package already takes care of it

Fix and reformat UNL site list. Closes [gh-390]

Add digital signage fixes that were sitting in svn-staging. Closes [gh-135]

No real reason to weigh cron down with updating site name and last access timestamp constantly.
The update db queries for those two fields can just be run when the site list is accessed.

Replace the run-at-request complicated JOIN db query with a cron task that fills in name and access in two new unl_sites db fields.
